This holiday season, let’s call the shots on our spending instead of letting it run the show! 🎄 In this episode, we’re talking about the great Dave Ramsey's quote "Tell your money where to go instead of wondering where it went."  including budgeting tips that actually work for us busy moms who want to celebrate the season without the financial stress. We’ll break down how to set a realistic holiday budget, some smart ways to keep track of spending, and tips to save without losing an ounce of holiday magic.
 
💖 My challenge for you this week mamas is to take your first step toward intentional holiday spending and we’re starting with gift giving. First, grab my FREE  👉🎁Christmas Gift planning guide. 🎁👈 here! Print it out and use the budget page to start planning your gift giving budget, because let’s be real, that’s where the majority of your money goes.  Write down that budget and stick to it. Then, see how it feels to stay within that boundary. If you find it helpful, you could try adding another category each week, building your budget bit by bit without feeling overwhelmed.

As working moms, the end of the workday can feel anything but restful. In this episode, we dive into the mindset shift behind the quote, "At the end of the day, remind yourself that you did the best you could today, and that is good enough." Learn how detaching from work each day and embracing the idea of “good enough” can help you show up fully for yourself and your family and help you create that work-life balance you deserve!
 
💖 My challenge for you this week mama’s is for you to start embracing “good enough” and detaching from work at the end of each day. At the end of each workday, take a moment to appreciate what you did accomplish. Write down one thing you’re proud of from today, no matter how big or small. Then jot down the top three tasks or priorities for tomorrow and lastly create a closing ritual to signal to your mind and your body that the work day is over!

As working moms, we’re constantly juggling work, kids, household responsibilities, and endless to-do lists. It’s easy to fall into the trap of putting ourselves last, thinking we’ll get to self-care when things calm down, not keeping up with our annual Dr visits, going to physical therapy to handle that constant pain you’re dealing with or simply just taking time for yourself to do something that lights you up! But let’s be real—life never really slows down, does it? In this episode, we’ll explore the simple yet vital concept of wellness and why it’s non-negotiable.
💖 My challenge for you this week mamas, schedule scheduling 15 minutes of wellness time every day. And I mean, actually put it on your calendar, just like you would a meeting or an appointment This could be anything that makes you feel good. Taking a walk, even if it's walking your dog at night. Reading a book prepping a healthy lunch for the next day, or simply just sitting in silence with your thoughts.
