Hi, I’m Kerri and I’m a wife, mom of 3 and a recovering perfectionist! I spent years feeling burnt out, always saying yes because I didn’t know how to say no, allowing work to creep into my family time, and never taking time for myself because I put everyone else’s needs ahead of mine. I finally realized that I’m never going to get this time back with my kids and my family and I needed to reprioritize and focus on what is truly important in life. I’ve spent countless hours looking for ways to make life simpler, easier and more fulfilling and I’m looking forward to sharing my years of research and trial and error with all of you! This week, we're focusing on fitness—a priority that often gets pushed to the bottom of our to-do lists. If you’ve ever told yourself you don’t have the time or energy for exercise, you’re not alone. I’ve been guilty of it, too. But today’s quote, “Your body can do it, it’s time to convince your mind,” is a powerful reminder that the real challenge isn’t your schedule—it’s your mindset.
Join me as I share tips on how to shift your perspective and start fitting fitness into your life, even if it’s just for 10 minutes a day. I’ll discuss the importance of letting go of perfection, acknowledging mom guilt, and focusing on what you can do.
