This week’s challenge… my challenge for you this week, mamas is to think of something you want or even need for yourself in this season of life. And reflect on your mindset around that thing. Do you think it's attainable? Do you think you CAN?  And if there's any part in your head that is saying you CAN’T. Go a little deeper and think of what you can do to flip that internal script. What is the right next step you can take to get closer to that, CAN! And do it!

Today’s quote is “ Balance is not something you find, it’s something you create,” by Jana Kingford.
My challenge for you this week is to take some time to really think about what your values are and what your priorities should be. Come up with a list of 3 non-negotiables that you can start putting on your weekly schedule and make a promise to yourself to make those 3 things a priority. Those 3 things are where you are going to show up… and not just show up, but show up with intention, with purpose, free of distractions, setting those boundaries with all of the other things in your life competing for you time.

February is the month of love and we’ll be focusing on ways to strengthen your relationships. The stronger the relationships you have, the easier it to create that balance you crave. This week’s focus is on your children. In today’s episode I talk through how you can use the  5 love languages we went over last week that Gary Chapmans shares with us in his book The Five Love Languages and how you can use them in your parenting. Understanding and communicating in your children’s love languages can really lead to stronger relationships with your kids.
