142. Mindset Reset: Make Time for Wellness or Life Will Make Time for Illness: A Wake-Up Call for Working Moms

In today's episode, we dive into a powerful reminder: "If you don’t make time for your wellness, you’ll be forced to make time for your illness." As working moms, we’re constantly juggling work, kids, household responsibilities, and endless to-do lists. It’s easy to fall into the trap of putting ourselves last, thinking we’ll get to self-care when things calm down, not keeping up with our annual Dr visits, going to physical therapy to handle that constant pain you’re dealing with or simply just taking time for yourself to do something that lights you up! But let’s be real—life never really slows down, does it? In this episode, we’ll explore the simple yet vital concept of wellness and why it’s non-negotiable.

💖 My challenge for you this week mamas, schedule scheduling 15 minutes of wellness time every day. And I mean, actually put it on your calendar, just like you would a meeting or an appointment This could be anything that makes you feel good. Taking a walk, even if it's walking your dog at night. Reading a book prepping a healthy lunch for the next day, or simply just sitting in silence with your thoughts.
