Because it’s not about elaborate plans or carving out hours you don’t have. It’s about putting your phone down, tuning into the moment, and being truly present…even in the chaos.
Here’s what I’m talking about:✔️ Why quality time doesn’t have to mean “a lot of time”✔️ How to create meaningful micro-moments (that fit into your real life)✔️ My favorite connection rituals… from sock-sorting chats to bedtime “rose and thorn”✔️ Why your full attention… even for 10 minutes… can fill your child’s emotional tank✔️ A mindset shift that helps you ditch the guilt and show up with intention

Hey mama,
Today’s episode is a little heart-to-heart, inspired by one of you. A listener reached out and saying she's struggling with making friends as a working mom... and it hit me deep.
So we’re diving all the way in this week! Let’s be real…making friends as a grown woman is just plain awkward. It’s not like when we were little and you could walk up on the playground and say, “Wanna be friends?” and that was that. Now it takes courage, intentionality, and a whole lot of emotional energy we don’t always have left at the end of a long day. 
In this episode, I’m sharing a quote that really hit me:

“Friendships in adulthood don’t happen by accident. They happen because someone was brave enough to go first.” — Danielle Bayard Jackson
Most of us are walking around hoping someone will reach out, invite us, start the conversation… while we sit quietly convincing ourselves that we’d be bothering someone if we did. But mama…what if you were the one who went first?
